Here’s one of the easiest ways to use leftover Shredded Buffalo Chicken: an open faced sandwich on toasted bread. If you’re a mayo or ranch person, you could spice up your sandwich a bit more… but I’m a straight buffalo person, so I didn’t need any of that! ;p
