Caramel & Bones - this is how you should spend Friday nights.

Caramel & Bones

Friday should be amazing. Always. So when I woke up tired, went to work tired, sat through an interview tired, and took the slowest bus home tired, I was pretty cranky. (And cranky needs to be read in the most whiney voice. If you know Sara, please read it in her voice.) The fix? All day watching Bones (I’m SO far from exaggerating) and a huge piece of caramel cake.

I am extremely glad Kristofer bought me cake last Friday (because apparently all Fridays need caramel). Another win for Publix, too.

THIS IS WHAT I GOT TO EAT. <3 OK, but let’s get on with all the great recipes I need to make for myself now that I know how to make every Friday perfect.

Chocolate Caramel Cake Recipes

Chocolate Caramel Mousse from PastryPal.

Chocolate Caramel Cookies using Rolos from StephaniesKitchen.

Chocolate Caramel Crackers from SmittenKitchen. (Though I was craving them so much because my friend Tori made an awesome batch a while ago!)

Better than Anything Cake (using Heath Bars) from Chef-in-Training.

Caramel Chocolate Trifle from FoodSnots. (Though I would so make this “cake shot” style!)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cake from GourmetMomOnTheGo. (Almost, right?)

Chocolate & Caramel layer cake from BBCGoodFood.

Chocolate caramel cake from BBCGoodFood.

Black Magic Cake from JustAPinch.
