Still without a fridge, Kristofer and I made the most of our leftover Shredded Buffalo Chicken by purchasing some Pillsbury Breadstick dough and topping with kosher salt for our best pretzel-esque taste.
Buffalo Chicken Pretzel Bites
- Shredded Buffalo Chicken
- Pillsbury Breadstick dough
- 1 egg beaten
- Kosher salt
- Heat oven to 350°F
- Wrap chicken with small pieces of dough
- Place on foil-lined cookie sheet
- Brush with egg
- Top with salt
- Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown
